December 30th  – Last day for a PO / Contract Signed

December 23rd – Last day for a customer to request a PO

December 18th – Last day all decision makers approve the purchase

December 15th – Last day for contract  terms to be agreed

December 11th – Last day for a resourced rollout / implementation plan to be agreed

December 9th – Last day for technical sign off – scope, size, migration, integration & deployment

Assumes the following are already completed:

-Reference checks with other users

-Customer’s business case showing the value & payback time for the project

-Financing method agreed
