Liz Kilford started her career in HR Management and as a fully qualified generalist practitioner gained experience through subsidiaries of Thales, Credit Suisse and Hiscox.
Because of her passion for people her career naturally veered towards coaching based elements of HR practice which included recruitment, training, and coaching line management to help them achieve organisational objectives.
Having spent so much time delivering recruitment strategy, Liz decided to go directly into recruitment and joined the Norman Broadbent placing HR leaders.
Liz was then headhunted to support the growth of an international recruitment franchise, Antal International, with some 25 offices across. The franchise network grew to some 135 offices during the 8 years she was Franchise Development Director.
As a Partner of RBL Associates, Liz works closely with corporations to find them top performing candidates that can make a real bottom line revenue impact.
